Monument Valley is one of my favourite locations in the American Southwest. Taken during the Blue Hour, the sun had just set. This picture was shot on a Full Moon Photo Tour booked through Goulding’s Lodge. Taking a tour with a licensed Navajo guide allows you access restricted areas not open to the general public.

Moonlit Mittens

It was a treat to be at Monument Valley during a full moon. Often moon lit images are shown bright as daylight. I felt the mood deserved to be a little more dim, so that you don’t need to read that the photograph was taken at night.
