By the time we got out this night, it was almost too dark. The brilliance of the yellow by day is now quite muted.

There are many quiet spots tucked away in Cascade Gardens at the Headquarters of Banff National Park, down at the end of Banff Avenue. With the soothing sound of water splashing over the rocks, this little hideaway is a gem. I liked the way that the sunlight dappled the moss covered rocks.

At Cascade Gardens in Banff National Park there is lots of shade for hot sunny days. The openings in the trees let shafts of sunlight fall to the ground to create interesting lighting effects. All you have to do is find them.
