Best of Black & White 2015
I’ve done more black and white this year than I’ve done in a long time. These were al shot this year and I chose them as my best of the year. In no particular order.
‘58 Apache – From the Didsbury Show and Shine, I liked the luminous quality of light that I was able to bring out in this shot.
Edge Of The Field – There’s a certain magic that harvest time on the prairies brings out.
Jaws – A close up of the cutter on a swather brings out detail not normally seen.
Bay Arcade At Night – Handheld, going back to my car after dinner with Dave Brosha.
After The Fire – A small section of the area between Ft Providence and Edzo, that burned in 2014.
Simmons Building – Wandering around downtown Calgary, I had to get a shot of a new Icon of redevelopment in the East Village.
I hope that you enjoy these as much as I did taking and processing them.
In the best light…
