Grand Canyon From Desert View
To the east of the Grand Canyon Village is the Desert View Watch Tower. From here you can see the Colorado River as it winds down the bottom of the chasm. This is looking towards the north. The Little Colorado River joins the Colorado just past the outcropping on the upper right of the image.
