Down The Road
Sometimes a drive in the country is just good for your soul, sometimes it’s good for photography, and on a good day it is both. It helps if you time your drive for the changing light in the early morning or in this case in the late afternoon. With the angle of the sun, I knew there would be a blown out portion of the sky. I thought it might be balanced by the dark woods on the right. I was hoping the road would lead you eye into the distance.
Like I’ve said before, you don’t have to go far to get great pictures. This shot was taken about 5 or 6 miles from the house.
In the best light…
