Evening Glow

After the sun goes down, sometimes there is still time for one more shot. To photographers, it is known as the “Blue Hour” that period between sunset and darkness. Depending on your location, it may last more or less than an hour. The lighting is usually very cool and tends toward the blues.

In this image the clouds in the sky took on a violet hue, while the mountains stayed in the blue range.
