Seven, Got Yours?

Special, Extra Blog Post

At V-Lakes

Following a stellar Persistent Vision weekend, David DuChemin has announced his newest book Seven. David (above center) is at the afternoon photo session at Vermillion Lakes in Banff National Park with Stephen DesRoches (left) and Dave Brosha (right).

Seven has been a labour of love for David DuChemin, it’s been the work of seven years and on seven continents. It’s also a limited edition of 1000. The first 100 special limited editions were already sold out (within hours). Numbers 101 to 1000 are still available but, I think not for long. All will be numbered and hand signed by David. One hundred sixty 12”x12” pages, printed in Canada on 100lbs McCoy Silk Text Stock; when they’re gone, they’re gone!

If you act before April 2, 2013, you can get a discount of $15.00. Hence the extra blog post, so you can save a little dough. It’s not an inexpensive book, but it will be a worthwhile investment in your photographic education and appreciation.

On a personal note, meeting David DuChemin was definitely the high point of the year, so far, for me. He’s way cool, and it was hard not to gush around him. I had to dial it back and try not to out fanboy everyone else. 😉

In the best light…

    • I know, what do you mean not shipping until June! :O Now that it’s printed, I suppose it will be better with a binding. David’s at the printers, talk about being “hands on”…
