I was working on another project and was looking for some images. When I looked in the folder, I found a number of unprocessed HDR sets. With the new software and techniques I’m now using, I thought I might try processing the images that I passed over last year.
My friend Sean Bateman was kind enough to stand in the same spot for all three exposures. The images were taken at Rampart Flats in Banff National Park on Darwin Wiggett’s Fire and Ice Photo Tour 2009.
Whitegoat Lake appears behind the frozen reeds on the lake shore. The late morning sun lights the mist in the trees on the far side of the lake and the edge of Mount Stelfox.
