The Pyramids Of Calgary
The art work in front of the lobby of the SunLife building on 4th Avenue SW in Calgary is visually striking. I found when viewed from this angle the top of the art work formed a triangle. The roof of lobby has peaks that also form triangles. By lining up the triangles to form a repeating pattern, I thought it created a more interesting view. The distorted reflections are actually recognizable and were identified by a fellow photographer who lives in Calgary. I find the detail shot of building can be more interesting than shooting the entire building.
