Autumn Is Here, Don’t Miss It
Yesterday, coming over the Kicking Horse Pass at the Alberta-BC border, the temperature dropped to 0.3 degrees C. The rain turned to snow and I was desperately hoping there wouldn’t be a repeat of last year’s quick freeze and the skipping of the Fall season. I took the above photo last week and the snow was still higher up.
Earlier yesterday, I managed to capture some lovely yellow leaves with brilliant white aspen trunks; a real sign of Autumn.
A slight clearing in the rain allowed the sun to brighten a small grove with green and yellow trees.
